“Congratulations Jason, I have a friend on Edmonton fire (whom I volunteered with) that recommended you and your genuine approach toward mental health.
Unfortunately there are many that preach mental health and resiliency, but their actions indicate they are blowing off a lot of hot air. I can tell from several people I know and trust that have attended your sessions, you have a genuine passion for mental health preservation and this is not just empty preaching.”
“Our members were introduced to Jason Luchko from mPathfocus in 2022. We reached out as some of our membership were struggling with some of the calls they had recently attended. Jason was able to come to Slave Lake and Smtih and spend time with our members and their spouses. He was able to speak as a first responder, on a level we could all associate with. The amount of knowledge, compassion and desire to help us was truly something we have not been able to experience.
Since the first meeting, Jason and his wife Shari have made a couple of trips back to work with us. When he’s not able to come in person, Jason is always a text or phone call away. He pays attention to what is happening in our area and will often reach out to check on all of us before we have even returned to the fire station. That, along with many other top notch qualities Jason brings to us to help build our mental health program, is the reason we will continue to work with Jason and mPathfocus.
In the fire service we are all a family, and Jason and Shari will always be a part of our Lesser Slave Regional Fire Service and Lesser Slave Lake Search and Rescue family.”
